Despite Estes, this flies fine on an A8-3. A B would have made me nervous and it would have vanished on a C! Flew before final paint job. Both parts came down in the grass on the other side of the rise. We had a good line on the nose and found it without too much trouble, but we looked in vain for the tail. But later someone happened across it. Definitely a short grass, flat field bird. This was my entry in B motor helicopter duration contest at club launch, and it won with 38 seconds. (Second place was another Tornado.)
