Flight Log - 2015-03-01 - Ken E. Coyote's Rocketarium Mega Vortico

Looks like two popsicle sticks stuck together...kinda like the "helicopter" all of us made growing up; however it takes surprisingly big motors.  Was quite a hoot to fly and very entertaining. I'll be bringing this to most of my launches.  Added a spiral red pattern to one side and black stripe edging to the other...looks AWESOME!

Great flight!  Got around to painting the MV with a spiral red pattern on one side and black tips on the other...I really like it!  This time I launched it "right side up" with the motor tube pointing up and it flew up great with a fluttering sound and spun all the way up.  However on the way down, it never went nose first and while it was still spinning, it wasn't gaining rpm the way it did when I launched it upside down.  Still a GREAT rocket and one of my favorites.
