Flight Log - 2011-07-15 - Justin Stotter's Vigilante (Clone)
Built using parts from Semroc and instructions from JimZ. Added Semroc baffle, Kevlar tether, and custom vented 18" mylar parachute.

Adjusted launch rod at a very slight angle to compensate for wind. Rocket flew in a large arc into the wind, ending about 45 degrees from horizontal. "Good show!" claimed the spectators. Booster fell to the pavement with some paint chipping on a fin edge. Main rocket landed softly in the grass.
