After loss of Orange Blossom Special, adjusted launch rod to point about 10 degrees west to accomodate windier conditions higher up.  Winds still calm at ground level.  Good flight, but lost visual contact near apogee.  Daniel recovered rocket about 130 yards southwest of the launch site.  Parachute deployed, but did not open completely.  Recovery wadding mixed in with the parachute lines.  Rocket suffered no damage.
