 How long have you been into Sport
Rocketry?
"I started in Sport Rocketry in the late seventies. I enjoyed the hobby but
left it until 1998. That is when I became a B.A.R." - 4/2000
What organizations are you a member of?
"I am not a member of NAR or TRA. I am a member of an two online rocketry
clubs. One is an Online Christian Rocketry Club called Light the Fire. I am starting a chapter of Light the Fire
locally. The other was started by Nick Doben. "
What level are you certified to?
"I am not currently certified at any level. I would like to become Level 1
certified some day."
What is your all-time favorite rocket?
"My favorite all-time rocket is Estes' Big Bertha."
Tell me an interesting rocket related experience?
"I had a Estes Prowler I modified to take a "D" engine. I should have
modified the BT also since the ejection charge blew an escape hatch between the fins of the rocket right through the
BT."
Anything else you would like people to know?
"Make sure to get involved in a club, it is fun to hang out and learn from
others with the same interests."
