(Motor CTI I165-CS) Second flight of this rocket. Rocket was packed for dual deployment of droge chute at apogee by the onboard PerfectFlite HiAlt45 atltimiter and main chute at 700'. Long delay on motor was for backup. After apogee the droge was depoloyed (by motor?). The nose cone also popped off and the main was deployed as well. No damage.
