Straight off the pad with a slight lean to the left. Altitude was excellent, but we lost sight of it and didn't hear an ejection charge. Seconds later someone on the flightline said that it landed on the ballfield behind us. Apparently the D12-5 ejection charge was too weak to eject the nose cone. It nosed into right field and the rocket was destroyed.
